In certain circumstances local authority planning consent or building notice may be required. Should this be the case we will undertake this process on your behalf.

The success of any building project is reliant upon sound foundations and although at present building notice is not required for the majority of Conservatories, we at Scott James Home Improvements Ltd. will only ever carry out building works to building control standards.

Generally speaking the installation of a Conservatory is unique to your property in it’s design. We can incorporate all of the products we have available to us.
