Roofline is the collective term for Fascia, Soffits & Gutters – providing a protective and weatherproof barrier around the base of your roof.

The replacement of your existing Fascias, Soffits and gutters will greatly enhance the appearance of your property and compliment your new windows and doors.

• Scott James Home Improvements Ltd use an 18mm co-extruded cellular construction Fascia Board, having a high impact surface giving a clean external appearance. Boards are available in a choice of white, mahogany, rosewood and light oak woodgrain colour finishes.


• Soffit boards are manufactured from 9mm hollow “V” profile boarding with a pre-cut continuous vent strip to the outer edge. This allows for the roof space to be adequately ventilated all year round without the risk of bird/animal infestation. Plain finish flat Soffit boards are also available if preferred.


• Rainwater goods are available in a choice of white, black or brown colour finishes and can be either half round or square profile to suite your property.
