Our roofline products:

Scott James Home Improvements Ltd use an 18mm co-extruded cellular construction fascia board, having a high impact surface, giving a clean external appearance. Boards are available in a choice of white, mahogany, rosewood and light oak wood grain colour finishes.

Soffit boards are manufactured from 9mm hollow “V” profile boarding with a pre-cut continuous vent strip to the outer edge. This allows for the roof space to be adequately ventilated all year round without the risk of bird/animal infestation. Plain finish flat soffit boards are also available if preferred.

Rainwater goods are available in a choice of white, black or brown colour finishes and can be either half round or square profile to suite your property.
